A distributed ceiling speaker arrangement provides even coverage for general announcements and background music. The system integrates with the station’s train information display infrastructure, allowing automated announcements triggered by the train management system to be broadcast to the correct zones at the correct times.
Maintenance and Repairs
Train station audio systems operate in environments subject to vibration, dust, and occasional moisture. Nairobi’s operators depend on qualified audio technicians for scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and the ongoing compliance testing required by public transport safety regulations.
